Every unit is unique

Most of your stock is not in the shop

In this trade stock walks. It goes out with a sales agent, spends the day across town, and comes back or does not. A shelf count tells you nothing about it.

StockRada assigns stock to a named person who accepts it on their phone. From then on every unit has a holder:

• what each person is carrying, and what it is worth
• handovers that are not complete until the receiver confirms
• stock returned up the chain as easily as it went out
• losses reported, investigated and closed off rather than written down

The margin gets decided at the counter

A discount agreed on the shop floor is the difference between a good month and a flat one, and it is usually agreed by whoever is standing there at the time.

You can require a manager's approval before a discounted sale completes, with the handset held so it cannot be sold twice while the decision is pending. The agreed price shows against the list price, so a discount becomes a decision rather than something you find in a report at month end.

The network will go down

Usually on a Saturday. Sales, stock intake and stock requests recorded without a signal save to the device and send themselves when the connection comes back. Nobody has to remember to do anything.

Receipts your customers keep

Your name, logo and address on every receipt, with the IMEI and warranty period printed on it. If you are registered for tax, those become tax invoices showing the tax charged and your PIN.
