Text messages. One credit pays for one SMS segment; long messages or Unicode can use more than one. Allowances reset each calendar month in your business’s timezone. Bought prepaid credits never expire. Sending needs an available provider, sender setup, credits and enabled messaging settings; a listed allowance does not mean sending is already connected.
Connections and charges. Subscription payments to StockRada are separate from your customer collections. Provider and network charges may apply to merchant payments, messaging or external services. Plan inclusion does not replace your provider account, tax registration or required external acknowledgement.

Payment and eTIMS connections require owner setup; they are not exclusive to Shop or higher plans. SMS sending uses available credits and your messaging settings.

Yes. Starter has no card requirement and no time limit. It has capacity limits for people, stock and sales; compare those limits and any optional charges before choosing a plan.
No. Create your workspace, verify your email and start using StockRada.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the time left in your current billing period. Downgrades take effect when your current paid period ends.
No. There is no separate paid-plan trial. Starter is free with no time limit, so you can use StockRada before deciding whether you need more capacity.
M-Pesa or bank transfer. We send reminders before an unpaid workspace is suspended.
Yes. A custom web address is included on eligible plans or available as a paid add-on. Verify your domain and follow the DNS setup; StockRada issues the security certificate automatically. Check the current plan comparison for availability and charges.
Yes, on eligible paid plans. Your name and logo lead the receipt, and the small “Powered by StockRada” line can be removed.
Your data is kept for 120 days. An unpaid workspace is suspended after reminders, and payment restores access. You can export your records at any time.
