A practical walkthrough
Follow the unit. Check the handover.
A guided example of implemented workflows, not a live customer recording. Use a small test stock list and permitted roles. The homepage workspace uses illustrative data.

01 · Receive and identify
Choose the product category and receive a unit, or import a validated stock list. Enter the required identifier; counted goods without manufacturer serials can receive an internal code.
The received unit starts in store stock at its recorded branch. Check the unit page before proceeding.

02 · Assign responsibility
Select available stock and a permitted recipient. With handover acknowledgement enabled, the assignment waits for that person to accept.
Assigning a holder and changing branches are different actions. For a branch move, dispatch a transfer with a recorded carrier and later receive each line.

03 · Acknowledge receipt
The receiving person reviews Waiting for you to accept and accepts only the stock received, or declines a mistaken handover.
When acknowledgement is required, a pending recipient cannot sell the unit as accepted stock. Check the unit’s holder and state after acceptance.

04 · Inspect the working record
Find the unit by its identifier. Inspect current state, recorded branch, holder and stock history.
Check both location and responsibility. Neither an assignment nor the app’s record independently proves where the physical item is.

05 · Record a sale
Sell accepted, available stock within role and workspace rules. A discount or sale can require approval; pending approval is not a completed sale.
Review the ordinary receipt, unit history and commission record where configured. Separately check any merchant collection and fiscal acknowledgement.
Separate sales, payments and taxPermitted role
06 · Review a return or exception
Open the original sale for a supported return or warranty claim. A missing transfer line, damaged stock and a customer return use different records.
The return record, any refund and a fiscal credit note have separate outcomes. Follow each relevant status rather than treating one entry as proof of them all.

07 · Check reconnection
Capture one supported intake or sale offline on a prepared device. Its queued state is local until accepted by the server.
Reconnect and inspect sent, waiting and refused work. A stock conflict or changed sign-in needs review. Acceptance of a handover and external payment/tax confirmations are not offline capture steps.
